We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Once your returned product reaches us, it will go through a quick quality inspection. After approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Customized or personalized items, including made-to-order products, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect. Similarly, items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are final sale and cannot be refunded.
